Cancellation & Refund Policy

1. Overview

This policy explains how cancellations, rescheduling and refunds are handled for physiotherapy appointments, online video consultations and prepaid treatment packages booked through MyPhysioPoint. Payments are collected in Indian Rupees through our payment partner, Razorpay. MyPhysioPoint is a service operated by Sunil Kumar Tank (Sole Proprietorship), GSTIN 08AJAPT0188P1ZL.

2. Cancelling or rescheduling an appointment

  • You can cancel or reschedule from your patient portal or by calling/WhatsApping the clinic on +91 80056 29294.
  • 24 hours or more before the appointment time: full refund of any amount paid online, or free rescheduling.
  • Less than 24 hours before, or a no-show: the consultation/session fee may be retained to compensate for the reserved clinician time. We will always try to accommodate genuine emergencies.

3. Prepaid treatment packages

For multi-session packages, you may request a refund of the unused portion within the package validity period. The amount refunded is the price paid less the standard single-session price for any sessions already used, and less any applicable transaction charges. Used or expired sessions are non-refundable.

4. Online video consultations

If a scheduled online consultation cannot proceed because of a technical fault on our side and we are unable to reschedule it to your satisfaction, you are entitled to a full refund. Connectivity problems on the patient's side are not eligible for a refund, but we will do our best to reschedule.

5. How refunds are processed

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Razorpay.
  • Refunds are initiated within 2 business days of approval and typically reflect in your account within 5–7 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.
  • Amounts paid in cash at the clinic are refunded in cash or by bank transfer.

6. How to request a refund
